Pricing & Offers
- Website prices can’t be combined with any other offer, sale or discount coupon.
- Prices at our tree lots may be higher than our website prices.
- Pre-order pricing is available only for the dates listed on our pre-order page.
Refunds & Exchanges
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We gladly replace trees that don’t hold up: bring it back and we’ll check how much water it has absorbed. If your tree was properly cared for, we’ll replace it on the spot.
This applies to online orders, pre-order trees and purchases made at our tree lots. See our Refund Policy and Tree Care Tips.
Delivery
- All delivered trees are fresh cut, and the nicest tree in the lot at the time will be selected.
- We will do our best to meet your requested delivery date and will contact you to confirm before delivery.
- All deliveries are door to door. Nice Christmas Trees is not responsible for damage to the exterior or interior of your home if our delivery team helps bring your tree inside or set it up.
Loading & Transport
- Nice Christmas Trees is not responsible for damage that occurs while loading a tree in or on a vehicle.
- If you have one of our team members help load or tie a tree to your vehicle, you agree to assume all liability for any damage to your vehicle and during transportation to your home or business.
Substitutions
If we’re out of the product you ordered, we reserve the right to substitute a tree of equal value and height.
