Disclaimer: All Deliveries will be fresh cut and the nicest tree in the lot at the time will be selected. Nice Christmas trees will not be responsible for any damages while loading trees in or on a vehicle. (We have not experienced any damage in ten years but it’s possible). All deliveries will be door to door, nice Christmas trees will not be responsible for damage caused to the exterior or interior of your home in the event our delivery personnel assist you in bringing your tree in your home or help sets it up. We reserve the right to substitute trees of equal value, length/height in the chances we’re out of the product you ordered.
In the event any customers has an employee assist or tie a tree to your vehicle, you agree to assume any and all liability from damage to your vehicle and or during transportation to your home or business.
